One Step Back

Today Blake Had a little step back

Early Hours this morning he had the Cather out as it was blocked and so there was no urine out put for 8 hr so they had to reinsert a New one about lunch time and i tell you what i thought the other one looked painful but this one poor boy the dr was that ruff i was going to stop him but when it was in it wee came out everywhere pitty not on him lol.

Blake hasn't really eaten much at all and when he did (1 choc teddy bicky and 3 bites of potato cake) as the Dr wanted him to have fatty food to check if it was ?something fatty waste coming out of the chest drain as well as fluid and it did so now he is no a stricter diet no food only 200ml of water a DAY well 24hr at lunch he had already had 150mls

so the nurses have been pretty busy with Blake keeping up with is fluid loss and his replacement and now with the nutrients so he has a lot going in and still a lot coming out so hope overnight they can get it all under control

Blake also tried some physio today wasn't happy with that at all but it needs to be done to clear the lungs and get him up about quicker

so the day has been long oh and we have had a couple of new room mates when we first went to the ward it was Blake and three babies and last night they moved out baby Thomas and moved in Levi (from 60min) and tonight the just moved Monty and is moving in a 15yr old

Tomorrow we move to a little unit so it will be somuch easier as we can cook well if we get away for hospital
